This innovative creation is done iteratively and collaboratively according to everyone's tastes and budgets.
We propose to our customers a large choice of gems created in the laboratory, indistinguishable from natural gems, at an incomparably lower social and ecological cost.
A wide choice of shapes and facetings of these gems is also available.
Our frames and settings are made by the lost wax casting process.
The metals used:
solid silver (925mil.), professional 18K gold or black rhodium plating, or other metals such as bronze, steel or titanium.
Our frames can also be in 18K gold but the prices are necessarily higher.

Our brand takes its name from small islands in the South West of Ireland, a preserved natural place where puffins are kings.
These puffins were not always alone: they lived with a dozen monks in their flat stone huts between the 5th and 12th centuries.
The light of this place and its serenity are indeed conducive to meditation but also to creation.
This light which creates the vast palette of the waters of the Irish Sea, from blue gray to lagoon green, has no equal in giving back their magical brilliance to the gems that nature and now man are able to produce.
MICHAEL SKELLIG c’est une volonté de passer outre les pratiques établies, de supprimer les frontières entre art et technologie et d’explorer de nouveaux matériaux.
Nous taillons nos propres gemmes pour refléter les souhaits et la personnalité de celle ou celui qui les porte, mais qui se doivent d’être accessibles à un prix juste et raisonnable.
Nous proposons deux types de gemmes :
-- des gemmes créées en laboratoire (émeraudes, saphirs, spinelles) indiscernables des gemmes naturelles et à un coût social et écologique incomparablement plus faible,
-- toutes nos autres pierres, agate, quartz rutile, améthyste, aigue-marine ... sont collectées par nos soins et taillées dans des formes uniques dans notre atelier.
